With all of this changing technology one thing that needs to be addressed is spotting fake news and media literacy. Employees around the world now have access to information about anything at their fingertips. It is important that workplaces train their employees. If the do not train them properly then it can negatively impact how the employee works. It is important to know what you are reading and if it is true or from a reliable source. The internet has many options for people to get information from, many are true and there are also many that are false.

While reading articles on the web it is important to examine what you are reading before you trust the source.
